Fermented in seasoned French oak barrels, it balances natural sweetness with bright acidity, delivering intense flavours of lime zest and elderflower, followed by a refreshing, mouth-watering finish.

Fresh, fragrant and full of flavour, it’s ready to enjoy now but has the structure to cellar for 10 years or more.
